4. At least 2 years of experience in Executive Sous Chef Role
5. Experience in Western Cuisine
6. Culinary Training
7. Computer literate

รายละเอียด และ ลักษณะงาน
Responsibility :- - Personally oversee taste, presentations of food during operations - Conduct training of standard recipes and control food quality - Supervising all Kitchen operations, PAR stock control, cost control, FIFO - Monitor sanitation practices and ensure that kitchen safety standards are followed - Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities - Hire, train, and supervise kitchen staff and other food preparation workers - Prepare weekly roster - To liaise with staff in direct support and cooperation with Executive Chef - Director - Ensure all company standards are adhered and followed on a day to day basis - Role requires split shift - Rectify arising problems or complaints
