คุณสมบัติ

1. Fluent in spoken and written English
2. Master’s Degree, preferably in engineering/sciences/business/economics
3. A minimum of 6 years of experience working with the energy sector in SEA
4. Experience in business development/project development/investment in the energy sector and modern power systems
5. Experience in working with project developers, renewable project operators, financiers, technology providers et al.
6. Experience in working with US government partners and other donor agencies an advantage
7. Experience in working with utilities in the region, on matters related to grid integration of renewable energy

รายละเอียด และ ลักษณะงาน
OBJECTIVE: • On behalf of the US Agency for International Development (USAID) Southeast Asia’s Smart Power Program (SPP), the RE Expert will work full time and will help lead, design and deliver one-on-one support to businesses, and sector-wide support to the private sector, aimed at accelerating and expanding the deployment of Advanced Energy Systems (AES) in Southeast Asia (SEA). DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • S/He will, under the guidance of the Objective 2 Lead (RE/EE/Advanced Energy Systems) • Help identify, characterize, assess and recommend companies and sectors for SPP support • Help design and deliver concrete programs of support for the selected entities • Build a pipeline of projects that could potentially receive the support of SPP • Work to develop, establish and deepen the relationships with various stakeholders including private sector, technology providers, governments, financiers and others • Identify emerging innovation and trends in technology and business models
