Assess the adequacy and efficiency of internal controls. Perform the audits of the records of department and interviews workers to ensure recording of transactions and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Examine department activities for compliance with management plans and policies. Inspect accounting systems to determine their efficiency and protective value.

- Performs any combination of the following duties according to specific departmental guidelines: - To perform program and system analysis , system design , Integration. - Provide the professional services, support and training to junior staff and customer. - To perform lead of development and Implementation. - Leader to maintain technical and services support.

Study, analyze and design systems, both internal and external, and draw up the system specifications and system procedure. Test systems to ensure they function according to the user requirement. Prepare program documentation and system manuals for users and others concerned. Train users and operators of the systems, as well as providing consultancy on how best to operate systems.
