-ร่วมประชุม/สอบถาม Requirement ที่ User ต้องการเพื่อนำไปพัฒนาโปรแกรม -วิเคราะห์ ออกแบบ สร้าง Prototype Design และ Design documents ให้ระบบ Client/Server -ตรวจสอบ Coding และทดสอบโปรแกรม Web Application ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อให้โปรแกรมเมอร์นำไปพัฒนาโปรแกรม -นำเสนอ Solution แนวคิด หรือออกแบบโปรแกรมใหม่ๆ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงาน -สนับสนุนโปรแกรมเมอร์ในด้านงานพัฒนา -จัดทำเอกสาร Test case คู่มือ และอื่นๆ ตามเหมาะสม
