- Analyze the reporting to GM on area performance, key issues and proPOSe countermeasures in connection with the relevant departments - Window person of sales department and dealer - To encourage dealer to achieve retail and wholesales target - Feedback market situation to management - Being consultant to dealers for related sales and marketing issue.

- Initiate and develop strategic marketing direction (segmentation, target, POSitioning) for a future model. - Establish marketing strategies (product, marketing communications & activities, etc.) for a specific model through out its life cycle. - Coordinate with related departments to prepare for a new model launch and implement the marketing plan - Analyze competitors’ movement in term of product, sales vol., communications & activities.

Assess the adequacy and efficiency of internal controls. Perform the audits of the records of department and interviews workers to ensure recording of transactions and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Examine department activities for compliance with management plans and policies. Inspect accounting systems to determine their efficiency and protective value.

Act as liaison between the Project Team and the End Users. Identify and document the needs of the business and, based on these requirements, discuss and review the needs with the End Users.
