1. Planning and scheduling management meeting.
2. Supporting in compiling information, presentation, minutes of meetings (MoM), tasks and activity follow up and coordination work.

5. Scheduling and maintaining calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries and coordinating related arrangements.
6. Facilitating personal-related matters for MD.
- Design IT solutions and System diagram that meet customer requirements.
- Working closely with sales teams to ensure that the products being offered can be tailored to meet the customer requirements.
- Manage customer satisfaction through effectively communicating with customers and sales team and managing customer expectations.
- Prepare Estimated Cost sheet, Product comparison, Proposal document, scope of work/services to commercial team/ Customer.
- Provide status of ongoing projects
