Responsibilities
Sourcing real estate properties based on
requirements provided by sales representatives,
such as finding a condominium in Langsuan
priced at approximately 50 million THB, by
searching online and using a self-developed
scraping program.
Creating attractive and engaging real estate
posts, including developing posting patterns,
content layouts, and image arrangements.
Supporting computer and software management
within the office and sourcing IT equipment and
devices for employees.
Providing basic training and guidance to
employees on how to use various software and
applications.
Troubleshooting IT equipment issues and
resolving problems related to the use of various
applications.
Developing a customized real estate scraping
program for the organization to automatically
collect property information from Facebook
posts. The program extracts newly posted
information from each day and transfers the
data to Google Sheets for storing new property
listings and monitoring property availability.
