Performed human cell culture and Western blot analysis to evaluate the expression of tight junction–related proteins following gallic acid treatment.
-Cultured and maintained human intestinal epithelial-like cells (T84 cell line) under aseptic conditions, including routine media changes, cell seeding, and treatment with test compounds.
-Performed cell lysis and prepared lysates for downstream protein analysis.
-Carried out full Western blot workflow (protein extraction, SDS-PAGE, transfer, antibody incubation, and signal detection).
-Recorded and analyzed protein expression data using a Bio-Rad GelDoc imaging system.
