New Zealand, Philippines, Laos, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Malaysia), standardizing contract frameworks to
align business objectives with internal policies and global standards.
• Directed collaboration with external counsel to mitigate regulatory challenges, delivering timely solutions
and strategic risk assessments for senior management.
• Led regional due diligence reviews to identify and mitigate Anti-Bribery and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
exposures; implemented APAC-wide Anti-Competition compliance programs to reduce cartel and marketconduct
risks.

• Designed and delivered legal and compliance training across APAC, strengthening corporate culture and
embedding risk management practices.
• Accelerated legal service delivery by integrating generative AI (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) into the contract
lifecycle; leveraged AI tools to expedite cross-border regulatory research and drafting, significantly reducing
turnaround times for regional advisories
