- Handled project documents such as Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Purchase Requisitions (PR), and project worksheets for 2–3 projects.
- Worked closely with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects running smoothly.
- Followed up on project progress and made sure all assigned tasks were completed on time.
- Reviewed project scope and monitored project costs.
- Supervised onsite work to ensure everything was done according to project plans and specifications.
- Assisted in system start-up, commissioning, and testing phases to ensure optimal operational readiness.
- Provided comprehensive technical support for chemical and biological treatment systems across 8 customer sites.
- Conducted onsite inspections, routine equipment checks, and troubleshooting to maximize system performance and reliability.
- Collected water samples and performed laboratory testing to monitor, analyze, and optimize system efficiency.
- Gathered and analyzed operational data to proactively identify bottlenecks, resolve technical issues, and improve process workflows.
- Delivered after-sales service, managed warranty claims, and conducted follow-up performance monitoring for 4–5 key client sites.
- Prepared detailed service reports and documentation of test results to maintain accurate compliance and service history.
- Collaborated within team to solve complex operational problems and continuously improve internal work processes.
