Job Description

1. Analyze and solve problems Machinery and electrical equipment in normal and urgent cases or emergency (On-call) to complete the operation of Electrical machinery and equipment to be continuous
2. Inspection of Machinery, Tools, Equipment, Spare Parts Generator, Transformer, HV Switchgear, MV Switchgear, LV Switchgear, MV Motor, LV Motor, Gas Turbine, Steam turbine, Main Electrical Distribution Board.
3. Make a maintenance plan or do PM (Preventive Maintenance) to prevent equipment breakdown.
4. Control spare parts of machinery and electrical system Spare part used for maintenance work Check the specification of the item to order.
5. Control the work of contractors for installation and maintenance of electrical systems and machinery to be in accordance with the specified plans.
6. Prepare daily / weekly and monthly report documents about maintenance of electrical systems and machinery
7. Perform mechanical maintenance work To be in accordance with the preventive maintenance plan and work during major repair breaks, Turnaround, Major-minor Overhaul of the factory's mechanical equipment. To be completed according to the plan and maintain equipment so that Unplan downtime is within control limits as targeted
8. Installation, testing and maintenance of fire alarm systems
9. Studying to propose the most appropriate solution for maintenance activities to be further leveraged.
10. Preparing, maintaining, monitoring, analyzing, and troubleshooting of power plant equipment as rotating machine, accessories machine and piping.
11. Boiler Inspection and Maintenance - Water Tube Steam Boiler (OIL&GAS)
12. Check and maintain the MDB, DB main switch cabinet, such as the connection points and busbar connections, (Single Line Diagram) of the main switch, overcurrent protection device, switchboard grounding, equipment temperature, connection point condition, grounding
13. Maintenance of utility systems in the factory
