My main responsibility was to improve furnace performance and energy efficiency.I collected and analyzed plant operating data, performed process simulations using Aspen Plus and SPYRO, and developed a data-driven optimization model to determine the optimal excess oxygen operating window.I also used KNIME for machine learning analysis to support process optimization.
