- Calculate Standard Cost compared with Actual Cost, including Variance Analysis.
- Prepare the Annual Budget.
- Monitor and control production costs, including raw materials, labor costs, and manufacturing overhead expenses.
- Conduct stock counts for work-in-process (WIP) and raw materials, and prepare monthly production summary reports for factory operations.
- Review and verify inventory receiving/issuing transactions, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Routing formulas.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, including adjustments and correction of payroll accounting errors.
- Manage and control inventory accounts, including machine spare parts, consumables, finished goods, work-in-process (WIP), and other inventory items.
- Record accounts payable transactions and coordinate/follow up on debit note or credit note supporting documents.
- Review Production Orders to ensure alignment with the production plan.
- Record petty cash disbursement transactions and pending items.
-repare and follow up on excise tax–related documents, such as export confirmation documents, report summaries, and sweetness tax payments.
- Compile and summarize data for monthly reporting.
- Review documents and monitor company assets taken outside the company premises.
- Coordinate with external organizations, such as the Provincial Excise Office.
- Create and maintain Material Master data for spare parts, raw materials, and packaging materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
