Take off materials quantity as per drawing to prepare BOQ for Electrical System
• Overall in-charge in tenders and contract documentations.
• Handle pricing and preparation of tender submission.
• Attended tender negotiation and clarification meetings.
• Scheduled and arranged samples submission of tender evaluation for consultants, owner and architects on timely manner.
• Together with the tender team, prepared tender submissions, quantity take-offs, interim payments, and variation orders, and evaluated and certified progress claims.
• Advised team members on cost and contractual matters of the project.
• Report directly to Managing Director.
• Drafting for shop drawing as build drawings.
• Amending the Drawings and Submission.

Reason for Leaving: To attend Electrical Technology Course at Singapore – Myanmar Vocational Training Institute (SMVTI) in Myanmar and I have been plan to come Singapore for want to seek better carrier advancement opportunities and exposures.
