Contact supplier for quality improvement of manufacturing processes , products.
Support activity of supplier evaluation , supplier improvement and collaborate between internal production and suppliers to solve the quality issue of material.
Schedule an assessment of the supplier and assessment plan set.
Responsible for the statistics and evaluation of supplier supply quality and monitoring of supplier continuous improvement for report to management.
Responsible for making decisions when found abnormal , non-conforming and suggestions for improvements in monitoring suppliers.
Responsible for summarizing and reporting the evaluation results to the supplier.
Review and drive for supplier’s Failure Analysis, Corrective & Preventive Actions for completeness with effectiveness regarding 8D method.
Review the root cause analysis and consider accuracy and appropriateness of correcting the nonconformity.
Follow up on results of corrective actions in case of
