Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, File Server, and Print Server environments
Administer VMware ESXi / vCenter, including VM Configuration, VM & Storage Migration, HA and Cluster Management
Manage Backup & Restore Operations using Veeam Backup & Replication
Monitor Production Servers, Network Performance, and System Availability to ensure business continuity
Support and maintain IP Phone, CCTV, and IT Infrastructure Systems
Provide technical support and troubleshoot Hardware, Software, Network, and System-related issues
Coordinate with IT Vendors and Service Providers, including SLA management and technical issue resolution
Prepare and maintain ISO / AACI documentation, IT procedures, and operational records
