Medical Equipment Manufacturing Factory Buildings No.4A, 4B, 5 – Karma Mobility (Thailand) (2025 – 2026)
-Supervised the erection of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) steel structures and civil works for a 10,000 sq.m. wheelchair manufacturing facility.
-Coordinated subcontractors, managed site schedules, and monitored project progress.
-Inspected architectural finishes and structural elements to ensure 100% compliance with engineering drawings.

8-Story Parking Building – Thaksin Hospital (2024 – 2025)
-Managed and inspected structural and architectural works for an 8-story parking building (16,000 sq.m., 400+ car capacity) with a project value of THB 150 Million.
-Supervised the construction of reinforced concrete (RC) structures using Post-Tension floor systems to optimize building weight and foundation design.
-Oversaw architectural interior/exterior finishes and coordinated civil works under a Turnkey project delivery system.
-Prepared progress reports, material take-offs, and payment quantities.
-Coordinated effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and the client.
