Project management and Engineering role, Energy saving and Improvement systems.
• Review project budget and control project cost.
• Estimate cost and check BOQ create method statements.
• Capex project management.
• Prepare bidding, compare price, negotiation cost and propose supplier selection.
• Review design and calculation for project.
• Create RFQ, proposal and method statements.
• Ensuring shop drawing and advising based on designs for engineers.
• Prepare kick-off meeting before start work.
• Purchase material, machine, equipment, other.
• Manage site contractors and subcontractors, during the performance of the assignments to achieve objectives of the all project.
• Check and review daily report, progress report, safety report.
• Monitor and control installation work as below:
- Glove dipping line, sprocket, conveyor chain.
- Piping, structure, civil, welding, pressure vessel, dipping tank and valve.
- Machine, equipment, compressor air, oven, furnace and conveyor.
- Equipment of line production for automotive and electronics.
- Cooling tower system, chiller and utility.
- Air conditioning system, AHU and FCU, ventilation system and ducting.
- Boiler and steam system, oven system, heat exchanger, hot water system.
- Packing machine, packing room.
- Power system, high & low voltage, substation, control system and PLC system.
- Internet of Things (IoT) for sensor utility system, production process.

• Coordinate and meeting with production, utility, maintenance, QA, safety for project.
• Monitor construction (schedule versus actual).
• Ensure project quality, control plan, safety.
• Create validation IQ and support OQ, PQ.
• Start up and commissioning work.
• Training and handover to production team.

- Machine, equipment, compressor air, oven, furnace and conveyor.
- Equipment of line production for automotive and electronics.
- Scrubber system, dust collector system and cyclone system.
- Refrigeration NH3 system, cooling tower system, chiller and utility.
- Air conditioning system, ahu and FCU, ventilation system and ducting.
- Boiler and steam system, hot water system.
- Westwater treatment system.
- Designs and installation for PV solar system more than 30 Mwp.
- Power system, high & low voltage, substation, control system and PLC system.
• Review design and calculation for project.
• Prepare kick-off meeting before start work.
• Review project budget and control project cost, capex project management.
• Prepare bidding, compare price, RFQ, negotiation cost and propose supplier selection.
• Check and review daily report, progress report, safety report from site manager.
• Update all construction and maintenance (schedule versus actual).
