Support HR Manager in overall HR operations Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection process Manage employee relations and handle disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies Ensure HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance Supervise payroll, compensation & benefits administration, including payroll comparison Maintain and update employee records and HR system (Eagle) Handle visa & work permit processes (Non-B) and license renewals Coordinate social security, employee contracts, and benefits administration Support performance management processes (KPIs and appraisals) Analyze HR metrics and prepare monthly reports (Month-End Report) Organize staff activities and employee engagement programs Coordinate employee recognition activities (e.g., birthday celebrations)
