Key Responsibilities:
• Requirement Analysis
- Gather and analyze complex business requirements across
retail operations (Sales, Inventory, Warehouse, Procurement)
- Support systems used by 6,000+ users across branches,
warehouses, and head office
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to identify gaps in business
processes and system capabilities
• Solution Design (SA Spec)
- Translate business needs into FSD and SA Specifications for
enterprise retail systems
- Design solutions supporting high-volume retail transactions
(100K+ transactions/day)
- Define system workflows for SIM, inventory movement, and
order management
• Database Design & Optimization
- Design and optimize database schemas handling millions of
records (sales, products, inventory)
- Improve performance for large transactional datasets (10M+
rows)
- Work closely with DBAs on indexing and query tuning
strategies

Data Integrity & SQL Development
- Develop complex SQL queries and stored procedures for:
Sales reporting and analytics
Inventory reconciliation
Data migration between legacy and new systems
- Ensure data accuracy across multiple retail channels (
store, warehouse)
• System Development Support
- Act as key liaison between business users and development
teams
- Provide continuous clarification during development lifecycle
- Support UAT with 100+ business users across multiple
departments
- Ensure system readiness for production rollout

• Developed business-driven software solutions with strategic
planning that optimizes cost efficiency, enhances operational
performance, and ensures user-friendly systems that maximize
