● Manage warehouse and transportation to maximize efficiency and achieve organizational goals.
● Responsible for warehouse for raw materials, spare parts and finished goods. Ensuring goods are undamaged and respond to production plans accurately.
● Improvement and development warehouse operation and logistics system.
● Control and verify inventory to ensure 100% accuracy all supply, picking, FIFO system, inbound/outbound, shipping schedule and monthly stock count.
● Managing sales orders processing to align with demand and supply.
● Analyze inventory data, prepare reports and summarize inventory trends to improve and develop strategies such as safety stock, shelf-life, non-movement and storage area.
● Coordinate and schedule meetings with various departments, both internal and external, to resolve problems and determine appropriate solutions together.
● Manage and develop subordinates to enhance their potential, solve problems at root causes, apply knowledge and technology to the work, improve and develop their assigned task, and perform multiple roles.
● Support and promote quality system activities such as ISO, HACCP, GMP, Halal, etc.
● Control budget, analyze and reduce costs, such as labor costs, transportation costs, packaging materials costs, space costs, and losses from damaged or expired.

- Reduce Carton Box Size = 1.2 MB/Y

● Execute warehouse operations in term of service, cost,
safety, quality, sustainability, legal requirements and
policies compliance.
● Responsible for activities such as inventory
management, monthly stock count, s tock reconciliation,
interfaces monitoring, third party performance
management, pallets management.
● Monitor inbound, outbound, delivery plan, co packing,

● Analyze and verify capacity utilization, performance
and KPI monitoring, and introduce corrective measures
in case of missing KPIs.
● Reconcile warehouse and transport billing and
complete billing process in system.
