Greet and seat guests. Deal with guest issues daily. Reording and restocking the restaurant due to demands. Serve drinks and mix drinks as a bartender. Answering emails, phone calls from guests and other companies. Manage cash and run excel for the restaurant. Manage staff training and keep them to date. Manage various policies to keep up to code with British food and health & safety checks.
