Calibration & PM: Executed precision calibration on diverse clinical equipment (ZOLL, Philips, Nihon
Kohden, B Braun) utilizing high-end analyzers. Ensured operational safety by executing EST/SST on
ventilators. Partnered with global vendors (GE, CMC, XOVIC, IDS, Advanced Cyclotron Systems) to
perform PM, including Cyclotrons, DEXA scanners, Ultrasounds, Handheld Ultrasounds, Defibrillators
and Patient Monitors.
Installation & Integration: Partnered with external specialists (XOVIC, IDS, SMIT) to install and
integrate advanced medical equipment, such as AED, Ultrasounds and EEG/PSG systems, into the
hospital's PACS network.
Troubleshooting & CM: Diagnosed and resolved hardware/display issues for diagnostic tools (Leica
M320, Heine EN 100). Collaborated with external vendors (GE, XOVIC, TEQ) for major repairs, including
PCB replacements for DEXA scanners and MedStation. Performed battery replacements and
functional checks for nCPAP.
Vendor Coordination & Training: Facilitated clinical trials and provided user training for advanced
DEMO units. Coordinated closely with major vendors (Johnson & Johnson, Kosin Medical, Mediplex,
Topcon, BMEC, Rehab Medical) to evaluate equipment such as Electrosurgical Generators, C-MAC
Video Laryngoscopes, Transport Ventilators, Lensmeter, and Physical Functional Assessment
Equipment.
Medical IT Support: Troubleshot PACS system errors and configured IP addresses for Ultrasound,
Echocardiogram, and PSP Scanner systems alongside hospital IT administrators.
