- Prepare and update standard operating procedure (SOP), drawing and quality record
- Control and maintain all documents
- Control the change control system, follow up and manage change control
- Control process validation, revalidation and verification work
- Experiment for new product specification or intermediate product, new material, part, solvent and packaging
- Prepare annual training schedule and arrange training
- Control progress of risk management report
- Prepare the environmental aspect
- Control and balance material in stock
- Receive and estimate delivery date of next order to customer
- Implement production planning and material planning
- SAP system for control and follow up for planning and stock control job
- Control data input for inventory and production record
- Control and follow up just in time delivery
- Communicate and cooperate with revel-ant group to acknowledge problem for planning
- Control material follow production order for prevent shortage
- Estimated the profit and loss follow up the budget
