• Lead supply chain team, Procurement, Planning, Production, Logistic & Inventory, Enginnering, R&D, QA and Operations to achieve all KPIs with ensure service excellence more than 95%
• Manage and monitor the full P&L-covering revenue, pricing mix, COGs, COLs and investments-to deliver sales, margin, EBITDA, and cash targets.
• Lead all Supply Chain function to setup MOH, CAPEX and Led Productivity across 7 functions more than 2 MM$/year.
• Drive cost saving & productivity project improvement 10% by LEAN and Waste Reduction.
• Lead to adapt global category roadmaps into local portfolio and channel strategies across seafoods, meat, vegetable, sauces, and ready meals.
• Management for major customers including QSR chains, processors, co-packers and emerging brands.
• Drive and strengthen distributor networks and drive value based pricing, tenders and contract negotiations.
• Encourage the use of consumer and category insights to shape the innovation pipeline and win customer briefs.
• Partner closely with Product Development and application teams to deliver market winning solutions across taste, texture, nutrition, and cost.
• QMR lead management quality system and produce of QA system Lead Auditor system of BRC, SEDEX, ISO/FSSC 22000, ISO 14000, GMP & HACCP team and 5 S team.
• Ensure full compliance with Thai FDA, labelling, Halal (and Kosher where required), and import/export regulations.
• Achieve all food safety standard with maintain strict adherence to 5s, GMP, HACCP, BRC: A grade, ISO/FSSC 22000 and all food safety requirements.
• Mitigate supply risks related to ingredients, capacity, and logistics, and optimise cost to serve.
• Lead ethical conduct, anti bribery, competition law compliance, data privacy, and EHS standards.
• Build and develop a high performing commercial and technical organization.
• Foster a culture centered on customer focus, safety, continuous improvement, and accountability.
• Strengthen succession pipelines and attract top talent across commercial application.

• Strategize Agronomy R&D to compliment long-range potato business primarily Seed Production, Variety Trial & Pipeline, Co-breeding with Global R&D, Mechanized Farming, Farming Best Practice and Deployment.
• Build and develop Farm business school model and learning center of potato by setup 9 Model Farm center in Northern Thailand
• Maneuver Digital Farming Journey, collaborate with Agronomy across continents on Technology Advancement to deploy the appropriate solutions for farming in Thailand.
• Lead Thailand Potato farmer to achieve Global GAP & Thai GAP Standard and development IMS team for maintain Global GAP system first time in Thailand.
• Collaborate with Dept of Agriculture to establish and deploy short- to long-term strategies to potato and non-potato crops.
• Team member of Pepsico Foods Productivity Council across all Thai MU Depts in 2019.
• Manage CAPEX 2 MM$/year for building Regenerative Program with Thailand Potato Farmer.
