ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Routine production works
- Ensure the readiness of the production line before operation ex. line up check, machine status etc.
- Raw material measurement and preparation for upstream and downstream processes
- Input parameters including DCS parameters and machine parameters
- Monitor/record parameter of overall production process, report issues to production leader, discuss the issues and carry out
- Record issues/incidents and report to production leader
- Support writing handover report
- Daily patrol to inspect machine and process line
General works
- Follow assignment from superiors
- Create suitable SOPs for production process
- Analyze production data and propose production improvements
- Support maintenance work
Routine 5S activities in the plant
- Routine cleaning for machines and pipelines following 5S standard
Safety and Emergency response
- Work with safety awareness and follow company safety policy
- Strictly follow emergency response of company
- Write incident report
Training
- Train other production members to understand the production process and production operation follow SOPs

Handling production output to achieve target.
• Monitor and control change of product as per production planning.
• Handling quality production as per customer specification .
• Control and reduce waste in process to achieve target. Analyze the problem and find out their root cause in case of process failure. Inspection as per process requirement based on SOP.
• Handling manpower to be sufficient to work within shift and Training team members for operation and quality defects based on SOP.
• Coordinate with service department for smooth operation of all the machine sand Compilation of good process parameters.
• Adherence to checklists 5S and other process related critical checks. Handling Kaizen
• Subordinate attendance management and Shift to shift information transferring / communication.
• Ensure all 4 M change record of all the checklist and logbook on daily basis
• Safety & ISO leader internal audit for Film Plant
