» Performs shift maintenance on instrumentation and automation systems
in compliance with GMP standards.
» Supports or leads factory automation and develops troubleshooting skills
in electrical, instrumentation, and control systems
» Troubleshoots and resolves issues while monitoring plant controls to
ensure safe, smooth operations.
» Implements production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize
waste.
» Coordinates and executes major maintenance work while ensuring safety
and facility integrity.
» Maintains plant equipment, machinery, and computer hardware/software
installations.
» Performs operations and maintenance of ACMV, AHU, chiller, cooling
tower, BMS, fire alarm, and air compressor systems.
» Improves and troubleshoots automation software, including PLC, HMI,
PMS, AMS, and SCADA systems.
» Interprets electrical drawings to troubleshoot control systems, power
circuits, and industrial devices such as motors, contactors, and
generators.
» Coordinates and resolves multi-discipline issues with support from other
engineers.
» Ensures compliance with codes, QA/QC policies, standards, and ISO
processes.
» Responds to breakdowns by diagnosing, approving, repairing,
overhauling, and documenting equipment.
» Prepares material/equipment lists, POs, cost estimates, and other tasks
using Microsoft Office and SAP.
