- Design reports and customize calculations to scale using the tools (Cognos 11)
- Develop and create report forms for databases from Database and use clustering.
To run the display of results as well as calculate to prepare reports correctly according to the requirements of the system users.
- Design and develop the database system and create conditions for calculating data in the database.
- Getting Requirement from the user and developing the system to support the needs for use in design strategy for system of CSR Staff.
- Generating reports and designing business dashboards to present to executives
1.) Gather and analyze needs (Requirement Gathering & Analysis): Talk and interview users.
To find the real pain points and translate them into clear requirements for the development team.
2.) Design and improve business processes (Business Process Modeling): Create work flow diagrams.
(Flowchart/BPMN) to analyze bottlenecks and improve work processes (Process Improvement) to be more efficient.
3.) Document and communicate
(Documentation & Communication): Write Business Requirement Document (BRD) or Functional Specification Document (FSD) for the technical team.
(SA/Developer) understand each other.
4.) Liaison & Management: Acting as an intermediary between the business department (Business User) and the IT department (IT Team), including participating in project planning (Project Planning).
5.) System inspection and certification (UAT & Testing): Participate in system testing (User Acceptance Testing - UAT) to ensure that what is developed meets actual needs.
