• Verify record of quality control all step of processing in Power App and Power BI system by daily.
• Co-ordinate and meeting with other department for released or on-hold finished goods.
• Summarize and report the quality monitoring results, deviations to the factory management and concerned departments for corrective actions.
• Support and lead in internal audit support Quality control of factory and CB audit related.
• Lead to follow up supplier performance and quality deviation in Raw material and Packaging material with Internal company and Supplier team.
• Co-ordinate with the Production regarding quality problems which effect FG release and complaint issue; advise the Production on necessary actions for deviated lots.
• Report the Quality-KPI on a weekly and monthly basis (FTR, Complaint, Quality defect); assist in the improvement to enhance the target achievement.
• Co-ordinate and Training new comer in part of quality control in side plant.
• Join in create Power BI project in complaint result for visual monitoring and support business result.
• Lead to internal audit of 5S by monthly.

• Analysis Quality Problem for prioritize action plan with concern department for set Quality-KPI of company
• Join in HACCP Team for up-to-date and ensure its effective implementation.
• Join in setting and go live Operation system (SISTRADE)
(include in-coming, in-process and finished Products/COA/NC)
• Support in internal audit, customer audit and CB audit related with Quality
• Manage and develop a team align with KPI of company
• Attend the meeting with the Production, other manufacturing parts, customer service and/or Distribution concerning consumer complaints, advice necessary actions for the complaints as well as for preventing the reoccurrence.
• Report the Quality-KPI on a monthly basis assist in the improvement to enhance the target achievement.

• Release finished goods which complied to Nestle specifications by SAP system.
• Develop processed and finished goods analysts.
• Co-ordinate and communicate with other department for released or on-hold finished goods.
• Update specifications sheet of all finished goods.
• Issue and follow-up the approvals and release of new products.
• Provide the Certificate of Analysis (COA) and packing lists as requested.
• Establish and review the FG monitoring plan and ensure its effective implementation.
• Summarise and report the quality monitoring results, deviations to the factory management and concerned departments for corrective actions.
• Keep the QMS of finished goods up-to-date and ensure its effective implementation.
• Join in HACCP Team for up-to-date and ensure its effective implementation.
• Set inspection plan in-line production for record in real time of problem.
• Co-ordinate with the Production regarding quality problems which effect FG release; advise the Production on necessary actions for deviated lots.
• Co-ordinate with the Production, other manufacturing parts, customer service and/or Distribution concerning consumer complaints, advice necessary actions for the complaints as well as for preventing the reoccurrence.
• Report the Quality-KPI on a monthly basis (FTR, Complaint, Net Weight); assist in the improvement to enhance the target achievement.
• Co-ordinate with co-manufactory for support audit, quality and release finish product including join to find root cause after found incident or quality deviation.
• Review product specification when find quality deviation in product.
• Review Net content in finish product aligned with local and other market regulation.
• Co-ordinate traceability monitoring in finish product, raw material and packaging.
• Co-ordinate and training sensory in finished products, new products and Keeping quality test in milk powder product, Ready to drink coffee, coffee, tea and beverage mixed powder product with center under Nestle’ standard
