Responsibilities
• Conduct requirement gathering and analysis with stakeholders to support transportation and logistics-related systems.
• Translate business and operational requirements into system workflows, functional requirements, and data structures in collaboration with development teams.
• Support system design related to transportation networks, routing, service area, travel-time, and accessibility analysis.
• Work closely with developers to ensure requirements are implemented correctly and support system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop and maintain national-scale datasets and system components supporting transportation planning and location-based decision support.
• Build and maintain automated system workflows using ArcGIS Pro, ModelBuilder, and Python to improve processing efficiency and data quality.
• Act as a Product Owner role, coordinating between business users, technical teams, and management to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Support presales and solution workshops, including proof-of-concepts (POCs), for enterprise and government clients.
