Creating PM plan for Electrical Project.

Manage and jointly to plan preventive maintenance of Electrical and Chiller machine.

Control the contractor's work to be in accordance with the timeline.

Control downtime on target.

Improve next the maintenance. So that the machine can be back to use quickly.

Control and monitor the operation of subordinates to meet the standard systems.

Cultivate and improve the 5s, safety, and environment to team.

Develop and improvement machine performance for reduce lose.

Create an energy saving project using solar cells.

Management and control to maintenance work systems of whole factory.

Manage and jointly to plan preventive maintenance of injection machinery with manager.

Follow up to PM on plan.

Perform Corrective and preventive maintenance program and ensures the readiness of all the plant equipment in meet the production volume and OEE target requirement.

Support repair Machine in process production.

Control UPH (Unit per Hrs.) in target.

Develop, monitor and control of project, maintenance, overhaul.

Contact and control suppliers for schedule maintenance investigation/inspection about all the machine.

Strictly check the maintenance of machines in the production department according to the plan and follow up the maintenance report to manager for protection and solve to that problem

Manage and jointly to plan preventive maintenance of Electrical and refrigeration systems.

Creating PM plan for Electrical and Chiller systems.

Manage and jointly to plan preventive maintenance of Electrical and refrigeration systems.

Improve next the maintenance. So that the machine can be back to use quickly.

Analyze and follow up of the machine overhaul in order to be able to use is properly according to its service life.

Coordinate the overhaul schedule according to the planed work plan with other relevant agencies

Control and monitor the operation of subordinates to meet the standard systems.
