-Sell company products related to chemical solvent and service waste management systems.
-Maintains the existing customers and existing sales transaction handles for promote positive relations with customers.
-Explore and develop new products and new customers in relevant industry.
-Manage the preparation and issuance of accurate quotations, order processing, and delivery scheduling to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
-Collaborate closely with internal teams (Customer Service , QA , RD , Production , Warehouse Department) to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively , smoothly and in accordance with company policies.
-Monitor customer receivables and credit limits.
-Maintains and develops relations with customers and provides them with commercial as well as promotes goodwill of the organization.
-Submit the sales activity report and sales forecast to Marketing Manager.
-Responsible for the hazardous waste licensing, permitting from The Department of Industrial Works.
-Perform other duties as assigned that are relevant to sales and customer service functions.
-Manage and ensure business profit margin is maximized, while Attrition Rate minimized.
-Ensure Anti - Attrition activities are completed within Service Level Agreement.
-Undertake competitor benchmarking, and customer research on a continuous basis to gain deep insights into customer needs and market trends, and recommend retention strategy where necessary.
-Support all channels in responding to related attrition enquiries.
-Manage customer relationships.
-Work closely with Credit and Operations Departments on each customer’s case.
-Prepare and update daily Anti - Attrition Activities reporting.
