-Trained local operators and technicians in electrical and control systems, developed SOPs for effective water treatment and distribution, and ensured adherence to environmental, safety, and health standards. - To manage, monitor and follow up all section activities at VSPP 33 MW. biomass thermal power plant and sugar process plant of the Tamaka Sugar Process Plant such as collecting Plant Data and analytics regarding Operation and Maintenance to find out any abnormal or area for improvement of the Power Plant and Sugar production plant to increase and maintain plant reliability, availability, and efficiency. Responsible for power plant engineering & sugar production engineering issues (C&I equipment (Control valve, Yokogawa, Temp control, Liquid & level monitoring and control system and plc system, mechanical, steam turbine & genenrator system Shinko ST 3 sets, Kawasaki 1 set that all steam turbine back pressure type and Nishishiba Generator 15 Mw 1set, Shinko 5Mw 1 set, Maiden 10 Mw.1set ,3Mw.1set. ABB AVR excitation decrease - increase govener control, normal synchronous check and SEL Protection relay to supply electrical power to the sugar production plant and provide electrical power for sale to the PEA. by generate electricity export to PEA 5MW. – 8MW. generate electricity15MW. – 23MW. and steam power 30 tons/hr. to user zone of process steam to the sugar process of Sugar production plant, control & instrument, electrical, substation, chemical and others.

- Develop, Manage, and implement the improvement project as required. Manage the power plant & sugar production plant engineering risk management and Management of change. - Manage, follow up the Improvement project related to Boiler, Turbine, C&I, Electrical, Transmission line, Mechanical, and Civil Engineering, Fire Protection System and other by develop and implement the improvement project by themselves or contractors and manage the project by using project management knowledge to complete the project within the timeframe. Coordinate with contractor and OM to solve the issue during

- project implement. Evaluate the potential vendor and contractor to implement the improvement project. Maintain improvement budget. Document and report project progress to management

- Manage and analyze plant engineering issues by coordinate with OEM, and other specialist for information to analyze and solve the plant engineering issues. Study and find out new technology or method to apply to power plant, sugar production plant and solve plant engineering issues.

- Contact and coordinate with EGAT, PEA on issues of daily contract management/permanent work including changes in contract management practices. and sales of electric power. Prepare billing for the electricity payment and invoice to PEA on schedules including coordinating on billing system execution and adjustment. And prepare sales electric and generated summary reports including related reports and data gathering required by PEA and other departments in power plant, sugar process.

- Manage Sugar production plant & Power Plant Risk Management by coordinate with related parties for gathering the risk assessment and mitigation for each equipment or system. Identify the risk in power plant and assess risk factors in concerned area including providing the mitigation plan. Monitor and follow up for mitigation implementation progress. Arrange a meeting for following up every quarters.

- Support power plant & sugar production plant information for insurance by review plant information from maintenance and operation team to support insurance issues as required. Review Document and report summary to relate parties.

- To manage the Plant Engineering document by review the update of the Plant Engineering document such as PID, drawing, and etc, from other parties such as contractors, Plant Department Engineer and Draftsman.

- Support Calibration and Measurement Capability (CMC) activities for Operations and Maintenance (OM) Performance Evaluation by Evaluate OM performance, , both internally and externally, in part of Sugar factory & Power Plant Engineering monthly, yearly assessments and reporting.

- Perform other duties as assigned by management, special assignment until job complete.
