• Ensure the safety and satisfaction of passengers during flights
• Check the safety equipments are up to standards before each flights
• Greeting passengers during boarding and disembarking
• Showing passengers to their seats and assist with luggages
• Assisting with cabin cleanliness, demonstrating proper use of safety equipment, and resolving any issues that arise
• Administer First Aid where necessary
• Serving meals, refreshments and attending call bells
• Directing and coordinating passengers in case of emergency situations

• Orientations for freshmen
