ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Coach, mentor and partner Site Managers and site leadership teams on strategies and activities to foster a positive safety culture.
- Oversee, lead and manage site involvement in the HSE governance processes including HSE audits, incident management activities and reviews for continuous improvement.
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of external HSE certifications.
- Identify HSE legislative requirements and changes as it applies to their State and with the agreement and approval of management integrate them into the HSE Management System.
- Accountable for ensuring the implementation of a rigorous incident investigation process, including appropriateness of corrective actions to prevent a recurrence and eliminate or otherwise minimize risk.
- Provide HSE specialist advice and technical support as required.
- Manage the HSE risk profile, risk assessment and risk management processes for the sites within Thailand.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with applicable laws and regulations and Toll’s codes of conduct within the country.
- Interpret and analyze Site HSE trends and provide written and oral reports to senior leaders.

• Document environmental procedures and establish mechanisms for quality and environmental health safety systems that adhere to ISO requirements, including environmental aspects, risk assessments and quality assurance
• Responsible for managing and maximizing efficiency of mercury waste treatment, developing the best design, SOP, and development process that are cost-effective while adhering to strict occupational safety and environmental requirements

An experienced in Solid Waste Management Project Developer (Waste to energy) more than 12 years on experience working in Mercury waste recycling, including Occupational Safety and Health, waste management, and renewable energy. I work to develop technologies for continuous improvement while maintaining profitability and environmental sustainability.

ESG have developed and managed a Clean Development Mechanism (CDM- calculating tC02 equivalent) projects in Thailand regarding renewable energy (Biogas/Biomass/Solar farm), which my responding included analyzing the financial feasibility of each project, calculating tC02 equivalent, writing and monitoring and verification reports, and preparing validation processes complied their PDD documents for any projects.

A key success of QSHE Engineer is conducted of HAZOP for Thermal Process reactor (Combustion process) to lanch the mercury extracting technogogies, renforce an essential lesson: safety must be designed in from the beginning. It is not an add-on feature but the foundation of a reliable process. This approach not only improves project integrity but also builds confidence among operators, management, and the surrounding community that the system is built under the principle of “prévention first.” Then, established OHSAS 18001 (Quality Safety and Health) management systems, including safety procedures, work instructions, engineering designs, and effective energy isolation.
