As a Junior Site Engineer, I supervised construction activities for a 4-storey apartment project with 16 units, working closely with senior engineers to ensure quality and progress. I developed and reviewed Bar Bending Schedules from structural drawings and scheduled weekly construction plans using Microsoft Project. I monitored over 50 on-site workers, contractors, and subcontractors through daily manpower tracking. My responsibilities included preparing quantity take-offs, assisting in detailed BOQ preparation, and conducting Earned Value Analysis (EVA) to evaluate cost and schedule performance. I coordinated with government officials and QC consultants to resolve construction issues and streamline approvals. Additionally, I submitted detailed progress reports with photo documentation to senior management and contributed to drafting sectional drawings for slabs, footings, and beams.
