ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Position: Customer Service Import.
Responsibility
-Handle shipment DDU,DDP,DAP, air shipment term DAP,AND FREEHAND SHIPMENT
-Submit enter document to carrier
-Update of vessel arrive and settle the payment for receive delivery order.
-Coordinating inbound with shipping for checking document form-e,inv,pkl and draft
bl.
-Contact and co-ordinate the overseas agent for update vessel arrival and plan
clearance and delivery goods.
-Contact to trucking team for booking truck for pick up container and delivery goods
to factory on tiime
-Contact to the customer for update plan clearance and delivery goods
-Send payment shipping and trucking bill to accout department within due date
-submit all job to sale department and issue debit note to customer.
-follow return deposit from carrier,and update status 0409 and recepit duty from thai
custom to customer
