• To conduct and updated the EHS management to comply with EHS policy, objective, EHS standard and legal for mortar business.
• To actively manage the implementation of SG-EHS management systems with the support of the management team in order to making employees at all levels aware of the importance of safety constantly, educating our employees for a safe behavior at work, preventing accidents at work, making Weber a safe healthy and good environment for our employees and being time.
• To manage the EHS cost effective.
• To annually produce and EHS action plan for specific activities, improvement actions, EHS projects, legal, EHS standard, Environment sustainability and KPI targets.
• To produce the EHS Management Report detailing key information (company and by site) and report key information to SG-Group and top management.
• To propose and plan meetings, audits, risk assessments and actively work with all departments to improve their EHS performance and provide technical EHS support as necessary.
• To propose and co-ordinate the EHS activities of each site, holding regular meetings and ensuring that all procedures and standards are being maintained and re-enforced such as EHS standard cross audit, SMAT (Safety management audit tool), Safety talk, Safety patrol, EHS committee etc.
• To get involved in any project and bring relevant suggestions if it concerns EHS for compliance with the company’s safety standards and the legal compliance. And produce Management of change (MOC) program to control new risk and compliance.
• To analyze EHS-Risk assessment program, conduct collected by Supervisors / Managers department to prioritize risk of all tasks and give recommendations for corrective and preventive actions to them.
• To propose and follow the Environment sustainability plan of SAINT-GOBAIN to achieve environment objective target 2030 such as CO2 emission, non-recovered waste (NRW), withdrawal water, discharged water and alternative virgin material.
• To propose and follow the efficiency of environment pollution control equipment such as dust deduction system, wastewater treatment and waste storage.
• To analyze environment workplace monitoring reports, surveys collected by EHS Officer to establish root causes and give recommendations for corrective and preventive actions to Supervisors / Managers concerned.

• To propose and identify EHS skill matrix and training needs in coordination with the HR department for training and budget planning.
• To work with all department on the preparation of contingency plans (BCP (Business continuity plan), natural disasters, industrial accidents/incidents, political unrest, fire, explosion, chemical leaks, etc.)
• To propose and follow up with all department to comply the Loss Prevention standard (Insurance). Also, giving recommendations to all supervisor/manager concerned.
• To be one of the leaders of the 5S Steering Committee ensuring momentum and progress is maintained at all sites.
• EHSMR (EHS-Management responsible), to actively acquired ISO certificate of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001. And internal auditor of ISO 9001 from SGS
• To actively manage the World Class Manufactory (WCM)’s SAINT-GOBAIN of Environment Health & Safety Pillar.
• To conduct the digital tools with EHS program to align with the industrial 4.0 of SAINT-GOBAIN such as Forklift-IFRD camera, automatic warning at cross way and MS form etc.
• To actively manage the EHS standard and EHS management program audit from SAINT-GOBAIN auditor to evaluate PDCA requirements. Also, set the action plan and followed up to close recommendation.
