Find new markets to distribute products Strategically following the store
business direction, Take advantage of exploring new channels to
increase sales opportunities.
Manage warehouse and inventory information (Stock Cover Day).
Support and coordination of invoicing, reporting and data processing.
and supports distributors by conducting meetings and communicating
with owners and distributor teams.
Monitoring payment by distributors to be carried out on time
Monitoring performance by week re-view with business owner for go to
success in time line.

Coach and train distributors’ sales teams in order to enhance their
professionalism and performance especially in the sales process and
selling skills also Monitoring operation and process on Credit/PRE-SALES
/CASH VAN.
- Training sales call step to New Employer such as introduction and greeting
,Store Assessing, propose product knowledge.
- Creation perfect store the Hero SKU focused Must sell list for by
wholesales / local modern trade/Retails/OTC/Factory
Store assessing, review & summary store's visit call, effective of
distribution per SKU/Store, KPI's GEOfencing, and market share including
follow-up sales target
Work with sales coaching for market visit to ensure working standard.(4
days per week)
