- Register check-in - check-out, pay for the room, and hand over the key, including answering questions, managing guest satisfaction and coordinating with other departments
- Collect money, issue invoices and receipts for guests who use the service, record various expenses in the guest file during the guest’s stay, and collect various payments before the guest checks out
- Take care of customer room reservations when the guest books the room through various channels such as email, phone, Line, and Booking.com
- Sell additional services when appropriate, prepare guest check-in and check-out lists, and prepare other related reports for the supervisor
- Assist guests in case they need additional information, such as recommending tourist attractions, recommending restaurants, shuttle services, and car rentals
