- Prepare project feasibility study in aspects of land, market and financial return
- Setup and control project timeline.
- Check land laws, building laws, other related law and title document before hire-purchase
- Work closely with marketing, sales and architect departments to develop and launch products.
- Monitor on going projects in term of sale performance, suggest strategies and monitor Construction.
- Survey Marketing .
- Corporates Branding and Project Branding.
