-Strategize the rider hiring process, including finding and attracting the of leads, planning the hiring targets, and driving for the recruitment targets to always bring in the best rider supply adequate for the business needs
-Research the competitors' hiring practice and find the tactical plan to win back the fleet supply.
-Coordination with cross functional teams to ensure fleet supply and service quality is maintained.
