Responsible for the coordination and supervision of all field service technicians (BHGE) and sub-contractors (Expro-MY) within the organization to ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner.
• Coordinating with engineer teams (Kuala lumpur/Bangkok) and the subcontractor (Expro-MY) to ensure that the project design is correct before work begins.
• Support and delegate work assignments effectively to field service staff (VSD & ESP installation Team) to meet service goals.
• Develop standard procedures such as ESP installation, VSD installation and startup, first oil startup, Generator startup and maintenance, ESP-Wells investigation etc. to ensure a high level of client service.

• Generate field service reports, customer reports, etc. in a timely fashion.

Responsible for all the company’s equipment on MOPU such as ESP, VSD, SPS, Generator etc. including to maintain the power system of MOPU.
• Coordinating between the company and clients (MOPU-OIM) to ensure smooth operation of any services such as ESP installation, VSD installation and monitoring, Generator installation and monitoring etc.
• Conducting training sessions with new staff to ensure they are familiar with equipment and procedures in customer fields (CEC SKL-Fields).
