ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
-Coordinate with overseas suppliers, forwarders, shipping agents and other relevent functions to ensure smooth import operations
-Prepare and manage all necessary documents for import process ( Invoice,Packing list, Bill of lading, Air way bill, FORM FTA)
-Monitoring and track shipment schedules to update import daily with concern department
-Contact and visit the government office for the company’s BOI procedure
-Responsible to perform work on request promote investment with the BOI
-Resolve any issues with tariff, classifications or other regulation
-Submit local centent on DFT system for support customer request
-Submit TISI for certified Re-export and submit FORM on NSW system

-Check and Compare price all document receiving and Tracking information to finance
-Stock control new model from Production Build seat
-Check and monitor negative stock from system
-Issued invoice sale scrap in SAP Fiori system
