• Cooperate with HQ, Mother Plant and another worldwide plant to benchmarking, knowledge sharing and improve Assembly technology (Metal Packaging) to build up competitiveness enhancement
• Profit / Loss analytical with improvement solution establishment for Metal packaging manufacturing.
• Cooperate with Human Resource Div. for HRD-HRM (compensation application, task management, training needed program setting, employee engagement, Performance criteria co-setup with approval, etc.)
• Investment plan both annual and mid-range for machine-equipment, IT system, space-area, etc.
• Promote, Coaching, Leading, advice for any improvement project in organize by Six Sigma, Lean Mfg., TPM, FMEA, Kaizen-5S in any function (inventory, productivity, quality, manpower skill up, costing-outsourcing)
• Promote, Coaching, lead to strengthen quality, safety-environmental with 5S in manufacturing as Top Committee Team (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO-45001 and RoHS Compliant)
• New model introduction, new biz. introduction, Business survival
• Barcode System => Operation system to manage and control material, productivity, quality and equipment which be developed HQ implementation project leader
• Member of company management committee to review and improve any key matter of total all function
• Cooperate with another function to establish company’s performance improvement and competitiveness enhancement
