During high school, I actively participated in various extracurricular activities and achieved several significant milestones. I was honored to receive gold medals in innovation competitions held in both Korea and Taiwan in 2019, which deepened my passion for scientific creativity and problem-solving. In 2018, I also took part in welcoming and representing activities for Japanese exchange students, helping me develop strong intercultural communication skills. Later.
During university, I joined a Work and Travel program in the U.S. in 2023, which gave me a lot of hands-on experience living and working in a new environment. It taught me independence, adaptability, and how to connect with people from different backgrounds. In 2024, I interned at the Royal Thai Navy Science Department, where I got to work in a real lab and apply what I’d learned in class.
One of the projects I’m most proud of is my senior project: “Color Transformation and Hair Dying Ability of Lawsone under Different pH Conditions.” It focused on developing a 100% natural, plant-based hair dye. I worked on everything from testing color changes to trying it out in real use. This project deepened my interest in green chemistry and showed me how science can lead to practical, sustainable solutions.
