-Send customer complaints via email 8D Report, FA Report, Presentation
-Control problems throughout management and organize meetings for resolution
-Experiment on various topics received from outside, such as peel testing, alcohol testing
-Check and register internal measuring instruments
-Control PFMEA control plans, PPAP
-Other tasks received from supervisors

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
-Prepare Quality Audit documents such as ISO9001, FSSC22000, ISO45001
-Coordinate with production team for Flexography narrow web, Offset and Digital when there are some problems and find quick solutions to problems
-Coordinate with marketing team as customer’s requirement and improve internal workflow/ printing process
-Develop working system and organization to resolve working process for avoid any problem
-Learn and create new project such as develop new silksceen products that produce from digital printing and develop process from Flexography narrow web printing to digital printing to reduce cost in production process
-Prepare and create Color Management System such as G7 profile, ISO12647-2
-Received customer’s complaint and clarify to resolve the problem to customer
-Discuss with purchasing team and supplier when found the issues about raw material and machine
-Follow up preventive maintenance for printing and coating machine
-Learn all details about machining process to extend the lifespan of machines and spare parts
-Follow up and analyze NCR, CAR and KPI about production process
