Greet guests with professionalism.
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and booking inquiries s both in person and answering phone calls, email, WhatsApp and social media.
Updating customer's detail on reservation system (Sabee booking engine) and making daily report for the department booking
Resolve guest issues and complaints with empathy and prompt solutions.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operation
