Duties and Responsibilities,
• Drew wall device system layout drawings (included SSO, Data/Intercom, MATV, Smart Home, Thermostat, Gas
Detector Sub-Control Panel, Fire Alarm Siren)
• Reviewed Electrical System and Embedded layout drawings (Lighting & Power, ELV, Smart Home Control
Schedule, Lightning, Façade Lighting) that is checked with Archi, Structure, Interior Design drawing for
submission to client.
• Coordinated with subcontractor for drawing submission date from project planning meeting information.
• Shared approved drawings from client to site team and collaborated site installation
• Checked As-built drawings according to finished site installation progresses.

BIM Modeler
Acre-60 Ponnami Estate Project
Duties and Responsibilities,
• Created and updated BIM Model either from contract drawing and information or existing supplied 2D CAD or
PDF drawings.
• Collaborated and communicated with project and construction teams on submissions, updates, changes, clash
detections, RFI and RFA.
• Incorporated required revisions into drawings based on feedback from project and construction teams.
• Updated commented drawings and ensured timely re-submission, achieving more than 95% on-time delivery
rate.
• Followed the BIM Manager Execution Plan and adhered to BIM project workflow guidelines.
