▪ Handle credit underwriting by verifying accurate and proper credit proposals, covenants, credit rating, relevant policies, approval authority, ESG due diligence report, watchlist, etc.
▪ Prepare condensed comments including credit judgment to BOD
Remarks : Verifying accurate and proper credit proposals and preparing condensed comments by verifying and summarizing information from SET or SEC such as One-report, news, factsheet, MD&A, company only and consolidate F/S, Opp-Day presentation, etc. In case the corporate issue bond, also verify ratings and outlook from S&P, Moody’s, Tris or Fitch and verify bond information from Thai-BMA. In addition, dealing with and gathering information from compliance or other relevant departments to verify credit proposals.
▪ Present condensed comments to BOD
▪ Prepare credit proposal and analyze performance and financial ratio for Financial Institution
sector
▪ Verify credit rating and stage of customers
